Do you want to change or improve your career? This group training is designed specifically to help you achieve your career goals and explore new opportunities.

During this training, you will receive methodology and guidance in finding your career path, determining options for professional education in Canada and abroad, including funding programs, online courses, and job vacancies. We will pay special attention to career development, planning, and finding the best funding programs and courses.

This training is particularly useful for immigrants from Ukraine who want to continue their professional career. It is a group therapy program that promotes personal transformation and insight through reflection and peer support.

To ensure positive group dynamics, we have established clear rules of behavior and interaction, including weekly meetings, homework assignments, a closed group chat, feedback sessions, discussions of new assignments, and exploration of relevant literature.

All video recordings of coaching sessions are stored and will remain with you forever.
